MLK JR. DAY OF SERVICE 2017

For the past 8 years, the community of Sobrante Park has hosted our national day of service to celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King. On this day various partners open their spaces and resources to complete various projects. Some include neighborhood beautification, community clean up, Neighborhood restoration, path remediation, cleaning of various senior citizens' homes, weeding, mulching, tree planting, painting, and maintenance of the local mini-parks. This year we are proud to announce over 400 volunteers in attendance. Thank you to all of our partners involved and our dedicated volunteers to coming to fulfill their civic duties.
