Peer-to-peer learning is a mutual training, coaching, and feedback strategy that involves participants of the same professional position engaging in collaborative learning. Simply put, peer-to-peer learning is when one or more learners teach other learners. By the end of the training, learners will be able to do the following: 1. Recognize the benefits of peer-to-peer learning using a continuous quality improvement process. 2. Define the mindset necessary for a sustainable Peer to peer in-service continuous quality improvement program using training, coaching, and feedback strategies. 3.
